Before you book
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Yes. Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before the tour, with a full refund. After that, we can move the tour to another date at no extra cost.
How long does the tour last?
Around 1 hr 30 of easy walking. We adapt the pace: if you want to spend longer somewhere, we spend longer.
Where is the meeting point?
I send you the exact spot by message the day before, along with the nearest metro station. I am there ten minutes early.
Which language is the tour in?
French or English, whichever you prefer. Just let me know when you book.
What if it rains?
We walk anyway, umbrella in hand, favouring covered passages and courtyards. If there is a weather warning, we reschedule at no cost.
Is the tour really private?
Yes: only you and the people with you. No group added at the last minute.
